Keyword Submit- Trial For Two Weeks For Performance

Once you have your list of keywords you want to use, take the first keyword submit it into your article or ad and post it for a two week trial period. This first two week trial period is a test for that keyword to see how well it performs for you.

Remember, a good keyword will bring you mediocre results, a great keyword will bring you excellent results. make sure your keywords are specific and relevant to your product or service. Sometimes the more specific the better which may mean you should find a keyword phrase or a long-tailed keyword to use.

For example, I know someone who has a site promoting crates for dogs. Instead of just using "dog crates" as her key word she dug a little deeper and found that "wire dog crates" was a better keyword to use because it is a lot more specific. So do not be afraid to dig down a little, or lot, deeper.

If the first keyword you try does well, great. If it does not do well, go down your list and take the next keyword submit that one into your article or ad and do the same thing, post it for a two week trial period, and track the results. Sooner or later you will find one or two keywords that will perform nicely and bring traffic into your website so you can make some conversions.

Once your conversion rate is where you want it and you notice a jump in the sales you make then you know you have optimized your ad and therefore your website. Continue to use that keyword or keyword phrase you have chosen throughout the content on your site. Be careful to not use too much in the content you provide because the search engines consider that keyword stuffing and you will get booted.

Strategically placed keywords are the best way to go. You will get ranked high in the search results and attract a lot of the right attention. Namely, people who are looking for what you are selling.

Your keyword should also be a part of the title of your ad or article. Use your creativity and come up with a catchy title. Then make sure that your article is at least 500 words in length and you have the keyword in the first and last paragraph of your article and once in the body of the article.

Any more than that and the search engines will consider that keyword stuffing like we talked about earlier. You are trying to run a successful business not get booted off the search engines. You must be more careful than ever since Google’s PANDA update.

The PANDA update requires you to provide (and this is going to sound weird) uniquely original or organic content on your site when promoting your product or service. You will no longer be able to just regurgitate someone else’s content.

So, follow all the new rules and just be careful not to over keyword submit into your website content.
